Well, hello there new friend.

I'm glad you found me. I'm Hilda Henry, a personal coach and professional organizer based in the Vancouver BC area. I offer both in-person services for local clients and virtual services for clients worldwide.  

I work best with people who are at a turning point in their life. They’ve come to the realization that something’s got to give, even if they’re not quite sure of what that “something” is yet They’re willing to commit to an honest, investigative process to help them learn, grown and evolve. They understand this journey might not be easy, but it will be absolutely worth it.

My proven strategy involves a unique blend of positive psychology and a strengths-based approach. The tactics I use will be intentional and specifically tailored to your unique situation, abilities and goals.

I pride myself on being an approachable, invested, dedicated, compassionate, joyful, and open-minded partner. My process is collaborative, meaning we'll work closely together.

My methodologies include a combination of candid conversations and exploratory exercises. Our work will go deep and sometimes things can get personal. That’s why it is so important for me to work alongside of those who are fully invested in their own success and are willing to fully trust me to help.
